I think it's pretty unanimous with people who grew up in the 90's that we had better cartoons than the kids have today. But the question is; Which network had better cartoons. The two big ones are Nickelodeon with shows like Rugrats, Doug, Hey Arnold, Rocko's Modern Life, and the list goes on. Or Cartoon Network with shows like Ed, Edd, and Eddy, The Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo, and Dexter's Laboratory, etc.

WOW tough decision. But am gonna have to go with Nick. Only because it was so epic at the time. Nick also had shows like Rocket Power, Pinky and the brain, Ren and Stimpy
